Abstract

The high quality development sustainability economy and finance would become prevalent recently due to establishing a new innovation economy by modern transformation demands of new energy resource. Therein the all kinds of methods have been regulated for satisfying future new constitutional market demands where the educated talents will be wielding an important role so that their support force and developing space should be provided by government and corporations more and further. Finance innovation as a creative aspect should be melting with economy who can afford more support to sustainability one. The stocks may reflect the financial and economic progress so that its role will be considered as an important indicator. Clean energy has been dominating all modern society aspects gradually whose destination will create low contamination mechanism characteristic in recent future in the end.

Introduction

The modern society will need new institution and mechanism for promoting the new upgrade system to develop high efficient and high quality economic level to resolve the green system state which may be wasted and overused by us more now. For the sake of solving that difficulty all of us must positively be entry this reformation to pursue our endeavor for dedicating to green environmental problem not only by spirit but also by action urgently. Only if all of us dedicate to there the clean problem will be ultimately solved, which is concluded in this study. Therein from now on we don’t ignore the new environmental matter and consider that it is not related to us, we must consider that severity to our health and our generators and contribute to it firstly. Financial innovation has been a method to support sustainability one and it is put the important position by our central division. Thereby the urgent critical situation has been met currently. We must promote our banks to support the innovation entities to realize its role smoothly. Finance is like a blood in body so only when it smoothly flow can our body be healthy and active. Many departments would have been participated to those activity for improving our financial reformation and innovation which can be gained. We are needed to participate those reformation continuously [1-5]. The stocks market like a mirror reflecting the economic status every day as a financial tool which can be advocated, therein the whole economy status may be reflecting in stock market as a linear index. MACD(moving average convergence and divergence) and K line etc is reflecting today economic progress which may be influenced by policies and political matter & economy damage. So we need to monitor its trend every moment for current political situation and meanwhile the benefit will be formed everyday which may be included. The benefit will be ultimate aim for us to pursue stock trend and survive.

Discussions

Developing high quality economy will include financial and stocks innovation firstly. Because the latter two would represent the important factor for affecting sustainability economy prior to others they can be proceeded in advance for supporting the former one. The latter must be made with policies and poured into the former sustainability economic body then, therein the latter two may be wielding its blood property in entities bodies may form the positively active temper to survive with latter. It should be known that the advantageous conditions would create the whole entities survival. The detail narration will be stated as below three aspects. High quality for developing sustainability economy, interdisciplinarity and stocks would be proposed on agenda so from government, enterprise and individual it would be made a plan in order to improve that target.

Stock market innovation development

In Figure 1 the shares with cost could be exhibited whose A, B, C represents the shares of c, c′ & c′′ point in profit line. The c, c′ & c′′ point expresses the zero, a certain profit, complete one respectively while the risk has to increase too, so we must choose the share number bigger than c point. The more capital we put the more risk we can gain so the more profitability may be earned. On the other side the strengthening one will become a characteristic in stock market operation as well. That means the short term, quick, strengthening can be another strategical tactic.  Thereby, the quantity more than c′ will be profiting more money whilst c′′ will be earning most money according to the modelling calculation of middle stock prices with quadratic and linear equations as mentioned above. This paper would not ensure that the earning money must happen in light of the mentioned advice value since the risk should be prudential under much consideration. Interdisciplinarity effects to sustainably economic states

In Figure 2 the interdisciplinary ones would express the internal ships of mechanical department with other disciplines like Management, Materials, Electronic, Electric etc.. The two internal ships would be having six ones like spaces in figure between two disciplines, therein they may be wielding the potential roles in future more explicitly. The mechanical department is able to form three interdisciplinarities where the more ones will be sought for establishing new space to our research. There are three internal ships like shadow there which could exhibit the most sophisticated ones for us to pursue and plan further and further. Because a big circle is able to conceal the more opportunities than small one, therein we must take a look for researching and developing it gone on in universities and institutions. The more overlap happens the more complicated interdisciplinary subject will be formed. For the sake of solving that difficult problem and exploring integrative research field this interdisciplinary one will apply to the matter with using ifferent theory, way and knowledge. Many interdisciplinary subjects are going to be established in university like robotics, AI, nuclear disciplines etc. There are many demands for that kind of disciplines for us to participate, so the talents will be advanced and high technology for affording enough ones. We should train the talent for owning interdisciplinary subject from now on so as to cultivate large scale educating talent to pursue sophisticated field with comprehension knowledge and experience in company. Thereby to guarantee enough human resource who could be pursuit in their subjects is to be recruited by company. Only enough talents can the institution be prepared and proceeded smoothly in advance. If we could establish the three respects interdisciplinarity subjects the research should be studied first priority and then the achievement can be acquired for evaluating their performance secondly, at last the accumulated knowledge and know how will be utilized in common subject where the innovation discipline is to be started. The book related to new discipline may be completed gradually and later it would be allowed by authority of national educational department then we will teach the interdisciplinarity to students through a series of prepared subject book.

The astronautic space roles

Exploring astronautic space represents our task will be extending the space station whose role comes from micro gravity effectiveness out of earth and anticipating for further achievement and activities even advanced academic results which can produce there. In the space station many experimental trials could be pursued for done scientific and technological experiments for proving micro gravity etc a series of research achievement in the end. For example astronautic seed for botany and biology fostering and transplanting technology. New materials can be explored in space for proving directional researching and developing technique while innovative medicine is going to be studied there. Many magnetic one will be proceeded whist the radio technique one could also be done for extended micro gravity conditions. Our mobile phone could have been connecting with the satellite for transferring the message to long distance. So more and more researches could be proved and done with space satellites.

Clean energy innovative strategical tactic

In Figure 3 the new energized innovation would be classified to four aspects who are hydraulic, wind generator, solar photovoltaic and nuclear one respectively. The wind generator and photovoltaic may indicate the new energy utilization example for using in wide field on the world. On the other side, nuclear plant could be newer one and consider its effectiveness due to leaking nuclear contamination like Fukusima nuclear plant assembly. We should advocate the bottom two for the sake of maintaining its security and economic save besides their environmental factor. As an innovative strategic tactic the eco-environmental energy utility like wind turbine、photovoltaic solar generator will be used prevailed recently whose effectiveness is about to be huge since they have renewable resource. Hydraulic power as a traditional one still wield its roles whilst the nuclear plant can transfer electric power though they have damage to field、residents and sea occasionally. Due to its security the former two have used natural wind and solar source with low contamination. We should advocate the clean energy largely and decreasing carbon fuel gradually, which become our first task in front of us. Overall, from message technique respect recently the market is the most heat like low air economy. Main force may buy 23 yuan, big deal with 8,700 W yuan. The stock price bottom will be stable and increase limiting. The second wave initiates bushiness, here small capital individual stock is easy to increase and new increase will be not happen evitably in light of internet report. Clean energy includes wind turbine generator, photovoltaic system, hydraulic one, nuclear plant etc. whose characteristic has been low contamination one.
