Abstract

The talents for high technique should be emphasized by us since they have possessed advance technique which can be not occupied by most others recently. The opportunity will be paying attention to for rapidly developing our entity and ability in near future for the sake of occupying leadership in world. We should support many space to them for initiating their capability for the country like laboratory condition and equipment and talents continuously. For the leading position the more products can be made by our engineers and professors in future. At the same time we must wear the competition situation and look forwards to participating for big achievement in advance. The institute of university would provide correspondingly achievement for helping enterprise and society more activity with sustainability behaviors.

The talents for high technique should be developed by our researchers since they have had advance technique. The good conditions will be provided to them for the sake of using and enhancing their efficiency under living best ones. We should cultivate talents entity so as to make them more capable in their positions. We should give them more opportunity for example the adopting, training that can promote them work efficiently. The earlier finding could raise the successive probability for us, so that period will not be neglected at all. In general, the graduate may be emphasized only by our human resource department and senior managers. That will be wrong because the college graduate can be too short to judge one’s capability that is a mistake. We could put our views to longer time to search more talents who has strong basis and stability. Therefore, there is many problems needing us to do recently and in near future. Talents have had whatever quality may they have can decide the working progress, so the fitting position may be prudent and not rush so as to increase our improvement. In short, the best talents concept may be important for key department that needs us to find a new path to reach. For example university teacher as an important occupation has to not be neglected since they burden teaching and research dual responsibility. Thereby the fitting one will be processing long time to observe and trial, as we knew the teacher is a typical model for us to compliance in youth years beside their parents we should identify that side to positively find them and recruit ones after examining and trailing them. The teacher should be respected by us in our educating period especially. At the same time the researcher and engineers in company would become another bright point for most our graduates. We should allocate their difference and look for fitness one respectively [1-22].
